Bringing world‑class medical technology and AI to Moldova
IMPORT MEDICAL is a Moldovan company that imports medical technology and implements artificial intelligence for healthcare — and operates the sovereign computing capacity that makes clinical AI possible inside the country.
Our story
Why we exist
Healthcare systems across Europe are being reshaped by digital records, medical imaging AI, genomics and data‑driven management. For a country the size of Moldova, the challenge is not the idea — it is execution: sourcing the right technology, getting it into the country, making it work inside real hospital workflows, and doing all of this without sending citizens’ medical data abroad.
IMPORT MEDICAL was built to solve exactly that problem. We combine international supply relationships with hands‑on implementation expertise and our own on‑premise AI computing capacity in Moldova, so that hospitals, laboratories and public institutions receive working systems, not just equipment in boxes.
Today we serve as a technical partner of the National Healthcare Digitalization Program of the Republic of Moldova (2025–2030) — a programme covering approximately 2.36 million people across five AI domains that operate in parallel.
